2021 OzGrav Rapid Transients and EM Follow-up Workshop

Date: 24-26 May 2021
Location: Virtual event via zoom ( A zoom link will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the workshop)
Time:
09:00-10:30 AWST & 11:00-12:30 AWST each day (11:00 -12:30 AEST & 13:00-14:30 AEST each day)

The workshop will include a number of talks on  topics such as:
  • Detection and follow-up of CBC and burst sources in real time, with rapid follow-up on timescales of hours to days post-merger
  • Electromagnetic follow-up of LIGO-Virgo-Kagra events
  • Multi-messenger rapid follow-up of radio/gamma-ray/optical triggers
  • Plans for O4 and beyond

The workshop will be held as a virtual event running two 1.5 hour sessions per day. Further information including the program of science talks will be updated on this webpage and invited speakers will be announced soon.
