SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS FOR TALKS

​If you wish to give a talk at the retreat, please forward your abstract (in word format) via email to Dr Yeshe Fenner coo@ozgrav.org ensuring you indicate your name and affiliated institution or organisation by 16 October 2017​.
​
The organising committee  will review the abstracts and advise if you have been allocated a talk.

POSTER INSTRUCTIONS 

If you are presenting a poster please note the following guidelines:
  • Your poster should be no bigger than A0 in size (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) and Portrait (vertical) in orientation. You will print your own poster and bring it with you.
  • Posters will be displayed on hanging frames and there may be 2 posters/frame.
  • You will need to set up your poster between 8AM-8:30AM on Thursday 9th Nov in the foyer of level 3 AMDC building (the location of our official launch). Breakfast will be provided.
  • The posters will be displayed in the level 3 foyer of AMDC on Thursday 9th Nov. Pack down will start at 5:15pm so please take down your poster.

Poster Sparkler Talks:
  • you will be allowed a maximum of 1 slide and 1 minute;
  • a buzzer will sound at the 1-minute mark and you will finish;
  • please do not try to cover too much in your one minute - this is a highlight talk only;
  • please rehearse your talk prior to the conference.

The Sparkler talks will be held in the afternoon of Wednesday 8th Nov. You will be advised of your exact time-slot and the location of your poster closer to the event.

Sparkler Slides must be emailed to Lisa Horsley (lhorsley@swin.edu.au) no later than 6th Nov 2017.
