The Winter School is open to OzGrav members in the following categories who are based at one of our Nodes (Swinburne, ANU, Monash, University of Adelaide, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, University of Queensland, UWA): Honours students, Masters students, PhD students, post‑docs, and early‑career professional staff.

TRAVEL SUPPORT
Accommodation, main meals, conference, and return airfares are paid for by the Centre.
Each node should book and pay for its travellers’ flights and then invoice Swinburne (OzGrav HQ) for reimbursement.

ACCOMODATION
Rooms have been block‑booked at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa (Bells Blvd, Kingscliff NSW 2487).
Individual booking details will be emailed directly to registered attendees.
Check‑in is from 14:00 AEST on Tuesday 19 August; check‑out is by 10:00 AEST on Friday 22 August. Luggage can be stored after check‑out.
TRAVEL
Closest airport: Gold Coast (Coolangatta, OOL) – approximately 20 minutes by car.

Taxi or rideshare pick‑up zones are directly outside Arrivals.

Surfside Bus routes 700 and 760 connect the airport to Kingscliff (change at Tweed Mall).

On‑site parking is free for hotel guests.
MEALS
All main meals are provided from Wednesday breakfast through Friday.
Buffet breakfast is included for hotel guests. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is catered on‑site.
