EOI submission form – OzGrav-KAGRA ECR School 2026
Attendance at the OzGrav–KAGRA ECR School will be determined through an Expression of Interest (EOI) process.
All OzGrav members interested in attending the School are invited to complete this form.
The application form for ECRs in Japan will be coming soon.
As part of the application, participants are asked to briefly describe their interest in attending and how they expect to benefit from the School.
Abstract submission is optional for students and early-career researchers. However, senior members and topic specialists attending the School are encouraged to submit an abstract for a presentation or discussion session.
The Organising Committee will review all submissions and select participants.
Submission deadline: Friday 18 April (close of business AET).
* Please note that places are limited. The School will host approximately 60 participants in total, with up to 30 places allocated to OzGrav members and 30 to KAGRA participants.
