I am a lecturer at Monash University, Australia. My research interests encompass a wide range of topics in the field of transients. I mostly use observational data to understand the physics of the explosive end of massive stars and how these explosions impact the evolution of the interstellar medium, the formation of rapid neutron capture (r-process) elements, and the formation of compact objects that produce gravitational waves. I use ground and space-based telescopes to study different types of transients, such as gamma-ray bursts, supernovae, and fast blue optical transients.
